Due to Orders being considered "customs", we cannot accept any returns nor provide refunds. To ensure we maintain our dreamlike IRL standards, we ask that you PLEASE contact us BEFORE ordering with any questions or concerns.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, we understand weird things happen sometimes. If you receive your order damaged or dinged, let us know! We will do our best to get you dreaming IRL asap.

What to include in your message

We will need as much information as possible. This includes order number, name order was placed under, a description of the concern, and pictures!
