How long does an order take?
Ready-made items in the shop ship in 5–7 business days. Custom commissions take longer because we design first: most pieces ship 7–14 days after you approve the 3D preview. Rush requests are sometimes possible — email us before ordering and we'll tell you straight.
What materials do you print in?
One main material. PLA — a durable, multitextured plastic — is what we use for everything across the board.
Can I see what it'll look like before you print it?
Yes. For every custom commission, we send a 3D render within 48 hours of your order. You get one round of revisions to tweak proportions, pose, or color. Nothing prints until you approve. For ready-made items, what you see in the photos is what ships.
What files or photos can you work from?
For photo-based pieces (trophies, busts, figurines): a clear, well-lit JPG or PNG at least 1000 pixels wide, ideally taken straight-on. For models you've designed yourself: STL, OBJ, or STEP files. Don't have either? Send a sketch, a description, or a reference image from somewhere on the internet and we'll work with it.
How big can you print?
Up to about 9 inches in any single dimension as one piece. Larger projects we can split into sections and assemble manually — let us know what you have in mind and we'll super size your IRL.
How do I pay?
Ready-made items: standard online checkout with credit card or Apple Pay. Custom commissions: we send you a payable invoice through Wix after we agree on the quote — same payment options.
Can I ship a custom piece directly to someone as a gift?
Absolutely. Add the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout. We don't include any pricing paperwork in the box (unless you'd like us to). If you want a handwritten note tucked in, just let us know what to write.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship within the US only. International orders may be possible by request — email us with your country and we'll quote shipping separately.
What's your return policy?
Because every piece is made for you specifically, all sales are final. If your piece arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved preview, we'll make it right — email a photo and your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace, or refund.
How durable are these once I get them?
Built to live on a shelf, desk, or mantel — not to be used as actual sports equipment. PLA pieces handle bumps better but can warp in direct sunlight or hot cars. Keep them indoors and they'll last for years.
I have an idea but I'm not sure if it's possible. Should I still ask?
Yes. Half the fun is figuring out how to make something weird and specific work. Send us what you've got — a photo, a paragraph, a screenshot of a Pinterest board — and we'll tell you whether it's printable, what it'd cost, and how long it'd take. No pressure to order.
